For those using QuickBooks Online, a Books Inspection is a valuable step. This is how we diagnose your books. This detailed, written analysis provides insights into the current state of your financial records, identifies areas for improvement, and offers recommendations to enhance your bookkeeping. It also helps us determine whether historical data needs cleanup and allows us to provide an accurate pricing estimate for our services.
The Books Inspection report fee varies and is optional in some cases. It includes a 30-minute Zoom meeting to review the assessment and discuss resolution options. While the report offers valuable insights, it can be used independently, with no obligation to have Books Prep perform additional services.

I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Business Management, and after over twenty years in the field of residential real estate, I turned my focus to business accounting and advisory services. In addition to the Certified Digital Bookkeeper designation, I am a Quickbooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor. I am a member of the Digital Bookkeepers Association (DBA), and I receive continuing education throughout the year to stay up to date in the latest industry and cloud accounting technology developments.
A foundation in business management along with my innate problem-solving and analytical skill-set prepared the launch of my venture to client advisory services. I understand and relate to the journey of entrepreneurship as I joined the ranks with my firm in 2018.
In my spare time, I enjoy British television, keeping physically fit, and spending time with my family. I live in Austin, Texas with my spoiled dachshund, Lucy, and am a proud mom to a college-going son, Graham.
